I think its a shame we dont have pupil of the month anymore and wondered if we could do something to recognise good behaviour of *All* pupils?
Could we use an area where a notice board was to create a 'Thank you Wall' where you could anoymously leave a sticky (perhaps) note with a message of thanks to someone, for a kind thoughtgul deed, or great attitude/effort. I think people would enjoy reading the notes and it would serve as a reminder and example that we can all try and improve ourselves, and that giving thanks is free and uplifting.
So Staff or visitors or pupils could add 'a brick' to the Thank you wall, when someone had stood out. Perhaps every term (or so) it could come down, and new notes would be added.
